Evangeline "Angie) Orlando

Died on Dec 09, 2017 and resided in Porterfield, Wisconsin

age 95, of Porterfield, passed away peacefully Saturday December 9, 2017, at Rennes Health Center-East.  She was born in Porterfield on July 12, 1922; daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Samer) Wiedemeier.  Angie was united in marriage to Louie Orlando on October 19, 1940, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Crivitz.  Together they owned and operated Orlando Construction and traveled to where the business led them.  Later in life she held down many jobs.  One of which was a waitress at Katies Sub Shop, delivering subs to gas stations and never driving over 60mph.  She also worked at Frigo Cheese, working her way up to doing payroll at the company.  She enjoyed living on the farm, along with watching hummingbirds, painting ceramics and crocheting. 


Angie is survived by her daughter, Diann (Mike) Palmyra, WI; four grandchildren:  Tina (Leonard) Lutzow, Steve Wiedemeier, Jason (Candy) Martin, and Todd Martin; 10 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie; her daughter, Janice Orlando of Crivitz; and siblings:  Clara, Ala, Hubert, Victor, Toney and Herman.


Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Crivitz this spring.


Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
